A group of university friends who had been volunteering in Southeast Asia since 2001 came to realization after graduating; something lit up in our hearts and minds: maybe the urgent need for quality, affordable housing across this region and our budding expertise in architecture, design, and construction can intersect. Serving people, transforming communities, all while doing gainful and truly meaningful work? How awesome is that? What began as a clear call to action led to the formation of a real estate consulting firm in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Thereafter, we began to gather more friends who had similar hearts and dreams for Southeast Asia; their communities and people.
Over the years, what started as a small consulting outfit run by a group of former classmates (operating out of a communal living room – the good old days) grew into a diversified group with capabilities across multiple real estate disciplines. NIBC has expanded its footprint across Vietnam and beyond, built a solid project portfolio of thriving communities, and earned a reputation for professionalism, ethical standards, and enduring partnerships.
We are a group of alumni, friends, brothers, sisters, cousins, ex-colleagues, and even spouses, all united under one banner, driven by the same passion to transform communities and enrich lives across the region. We hope to work side-by-side for decades to come, serving as a trusted steward to bridge high-potential opportunities in Southeast Asia to like-minded, like-hearted partners from all over the world.
